Loved it!
Our stay was actually amazing. This hotel is in the perfect area to explore San Francisco. Super close to fisherman’s warf, lots of local pubs and food, close views of the golden gate and Alcatraz. As for the ELEVATORS, the people reviewing this place complaining there’s only one elevator are very entitled and whiny. Yes there’s was only one elevator working at a time, no it wasn’t an issue. We stayed here for 6 days and didn’t have one issue getting an elevator up or down and we were on the 10th floor. People just need to find a way to complain to deal with their superiority complex. 10/10 would stay here again

The room itself was good only thing is not enough lighting. The sink the water would go into the countertop instead of inside the sink when water was turned on. The elevator issue was a disaster only one working elevator. Took so long to be able to go down or go up. And lastly hidden fees! The customer service however was really good. But the breakfast options which they’d switch it up.

Great for an overnight stay bfor our destination to Hawaii. Elevators were down so we had to use stairs to bring luggage to the 7th floor. Not fun. Breakfast was ok….eggs were terrible!!

So the biggest thing was there were only 2 elevators, once was not working and another was only working if you were on level 1, you cannot call the elevator from your floor, need to go down to level 1 by stairs. Breakfast was good, hotel staff was friendly . No fridge microwave given. Rest everything was fine.

The location was really nice, and the check-in process was really easy and the check-in staff was friendly. The breakfast left something to be desired as there was basically only waffles and sausage most days. But it was better than nothing. They also had coffee and juice and a couple of cereal options. The parking was rough if you’re not good at parking. It’s underground and very tight parking spots and you should back into your parking spot. It has a lot of blind turns so just know that ahead of time. The room itself was fine, there was no microwave, but there was a little fridge. The bathroom was extremely small, but it did what it needed to do. And when I say extremely small, I mean, you could barely turn around in it and the door almost hit the toilet. Apparently the elevator has been “being serviced”. And there are only two elevators. While we were there, the second elevator went down for one night, but they did get it repaired in the middle of the night, so it was working again the next morning.

The rooms were great. The shower and towels were plenty. Beds were comfy. The only drawback was all the noise from the street from the motorbikes that were going back and forth. I guess the guys thought it was cool . We were on the 10th floor.! But other then that the hotel was wonderful.

Convenient location
We stayed one night here. Didn’t get to do much since we we’re catching our flight the next morning but the area seemed nice and we were able to walk down the street to the bay and see Alcatraz island and that area. It was too foggy to see the Golden Gate Bridge while we were there. We ate at The Beuna Vista and I do highly recommend it. It was some of the best food we had on the whole trip!! The room was nice and clean and had a nice view!! Had a pretty good breakfast. Overall I would stay here again if in the area

The property is extremely outdated. It’s not very clean and it’s not well maintained. Breakfast had no eggs, was just lacking in general. We ultimately decided to eat breakfast elsewhere. Next time I’ll pay more but go to a better hotel. The only plus was location and the view, but the windows were pretty dirty. Location is great though, and the area is safe at night.

The fact that the hotel does not offer daily room cleaning is a bit sad, on top you need to go down to reception to ask for new towels is a pain, they should have auto-provided guests new towels per day, like who won't use towels staying in a hotel?
