I stayed at this hotel for one night, and while the room itself was nice and comfortable, my overall experience was marred by the behavior of one of the staff members. Upon checking in, one staff member rudely accused us of not paying, even though we had already paid online. When I politely clarified, she snapped at me, saying she wasn’t talking to me but to her colleague, in a very aggressive tone. When I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude, she went as far as telling me we didn’t have to stay with them. Her behavior was shocking and very unprofessional, and I couldn’t help but feel that she might bully her coworkers as well.
In terms of the room, while it was comfortable, there was an unpleasant, strong urine smell, although strangely it wasn’t coming from the bathroom. Additionally, parking costs $20, which is higher than other hotels in the area.
Unfortunately, due to the rude staff member and the unpleasant atmosphere she created, I cannot recommend this hotel. Customer service is crucial, and this experience was far from acceptable.
It's also worth noting that breakfast is not included, which is a downside considering the price.
Additionally, the elevator was extremely slow, and at first, it was hard to tell if it was even working. All the ice machines on each floor were out of order, adding to the inconvenience.
