The hotel was clean, quiet and well located. The room was small. Sadly San Diego has a big problem with homelessness. Restaurants in the area close at 9pm!

Lovely hotel
The Sofia is a lovely boutique hotel located only 10 minutes walk from the Santa Fe railway station and 15 minutes to the cruise port. Our corner room was beautifully decorated, and our bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Not exactly welcoming on check in and in general we were disappointed with the room Small and dark, pillows were possibly the worst I've had at a hotel Tv didn't work and despite maintenance fixing it the remote still wouldn't turn volume up and down or the tv on or off Saving grace was that it is an fantastic location for exploring all directions of San Diego
