The Space:

Every inch of this rental has been meticulously updated and tastefully designed to ensure your stay is unforgettable. With two bedrooms and two baths, this home is perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to soak up all that San Diego has to offer.
Please note that this home is a duplex, and we have another rental on the lower level. Each property has it's own separate hot tub. The only area that is shared is going to be the very lowest outdoor level where we have some lawn games.
Guest Access:
This home comes with a two-car garage and an abundance of free street parking. And thanks to our smart lock system, you'll be able to breeze in and out of your home away from home with the ease. The morning of check-in, you will be sent an email with the smart lock code and any other relevant details for entry.
The Neighborhood:
Mission Hills is a historic neighborhood in San Diego located on the hills overlooking Old Town and the San Diego Bay, just north of Downtown, west of Hillcrest and south of the San Diego River valley. It is one of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. The area is primarily residential with some locally-owned shops and restaurants. It is one of the most architecturally impressive neighborhoods with many of the houses from the early 1900s, which have been carefully preserved and restored. Modern homes were built as infill along canyon rims in the 1950s and 1960s. Mission Hills is highly sought after with its stately homes, its centric location overlooking San Diego's picturesque bays and beaches, and quaint Craftsman bungalows and large mansions pristinely manicured on quiet streets.
