Could be better....
Intercontinental prides itself on a higher standard and it wasn't met here. The resort fee is Outrageous and is the main reason I won't stay here again nor recommend this property. Front desk staff didn't alert us at check-in that we received a $22 credit until checkout and that was too late. They did credit me one day for a purchase on the day of checkout, but I lost the other day. The staff is really nice, but nobody answers the phone when calling down. That needs to change as well as alerting the guest of the Food and Beverage Credit.
ELIMINATE THE RESORT FEE!!! $48/Day is a MONEY GRAB AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Overall, I won't stay here again, but I will give the Intercontinental Brand another chance to redeem themselves in Bali in December..... Last chance though!!
