This place is more than Disgusting. Area around hotel is unsafe. Homeless people around carrying iron rods. Hotel will clean your rooms every 2 to 3 days which in my opinion is disgusting. Not a good return for my money.

This hotel charges around $300 per night. I don’t have a problem with that, but for that price I expect a few things. I expect my room to be made up on a daily basis. I don’t want to see homeless people from the window in my which I paid extra for. I expect the staff at the front desk not to be sassy when I ask why my room was not made up. When I ask for a set of towels I, I expect more than two small towels and who ever brought the two small towels didn’t have the common courtesy to pick up the dirty towels that were left on the bathroom floor. On the morning I checked out, the young lady who checked me out was very sympathetic about my complaints and offered to remove the $55 per night charge for parking. The $55 charge for parking is excessive, my daughter who was staying at the Wyndham hotel charges $35 per night for parking. The young woman who checked me out was courteous and professional, I wish I remembered her name to give her her well earned recognition.

Just make sure you sign up on the right hotel the one they i stay don’t provide breakfast they said they have. Breakfast but you have to buy from the restaurant hotel don’t provide

We loved all the areas you could sit down and have a cocktail and enjoy the fireplaces. We were not a fan of the pool, too shallow.
