The valet crew was very friendly upon my arrival, unfortunately, that was the high end of my experience. The check in experience was average. The elevator was terrible. Took me about 4 minutes to go up. Room 706 smelled old. The windows were dirty. Bird poop all over the small balcony. The bathtub seemed like it was repainted and it was already missing large parts of paint. The phone had too much static that reception couldn’t understand what I was asking for. At 10:50 am I got knocked on the door for “housekeeping”. Elevator again took 7 minutes to be able to go down. Overall I will give it 2/10 stars. Definitely would not stay there again.

Very average, don’t have high expectations. While on one side you have access to Little Italy and all the lovely restaurants, behind the hotel there are a lot of homeless people. I made the mistake of parking my car/jeep convertible on the bridge behind the hotel where there are quite a few homeless tents and found everything stolen out of my car in the morning.

I did not like that I had to pay $50 for valet and was unable to park my car myself. Self parking is not an option at this hotel.

Dirty. If construction is being done. That should be specified so people can make decision whether to look somewhere else. And the homeless makes me feel unsafe to walk around the neighborhood. House keeper should check the toiletries if it’s has sufficient amount for guess. We ran out in our room the first day.

Took 10 min to check us in to see if there was a room available at 3:30pm for a 4pm check in. Once we entered our room it was very humid and stuffy. We tried to turn on the AC but it did not work. The bathtub paint is peeling inside the tub.

They only had one elevator working. The wait time for the elevator was about 10 minutes because to many people were using it. The phone in my room wasn’t working so I couldn’t call valet upfront for my car, so that was more time there waiting. The room had a funky odor.
