When arriving the front desk employees were very rude and rushed us and didn’t give us all the instructions we then needed. It was an awful experience and both have decided we wont use your hotel ever again!!

Had a great stay here for a couple of nights. My husband and I received an unexpected upgrade which was much needed after a long drive from Texas. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very Nice Hotel!
Overall the stay was nice; the grounds are well kept, there is a restaurant and bar connected to the hotel, so it was nice to have that option. I appreciated the fact that entrance and elevator use required a room key so it feels more secure than some other hotels. Staff was very friendly upon check-in and they were able to accommodate my early check-in request. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, linens, and furniture. The only reason why I did not give this review 5 stars, was because the AC in the room was blowing at wisper speed. I tend to run hot so this was uncomfortable for the first couple of hours until the sun went down. There were 2 vents and two thermostats in the room, only one was blowing very slowly and the other was not blowing at all; even with the fan speed turned on high and temp set to the lowest possible setting. I would recommend that maintenance checks it out (room 6016). I would not hesitate to stay here again, with a proper working AC, of course.

Wonderful experience staying here last minute. Beds are so so comfortable and feel like clouds after a long day on my feet. My only annoyance was the parking permit needed for their private gated paid lot, going back to put a permit on my rental car after paying for parking at midnight was a bit annoying. Other than that minor detail, my stay was beyond incredible.
