The room was decent. Regarding space, the room had two queen beds and a bed within the couch which is suitable for a family of 5. You could tell that it used to be a very nice hotel. There was some damage probably from previous guests. The room had a permanent cigarette smell. The owner was nice at check-in. However, no breakfast or any other services are offered. The owners have cameras and security on site.

Absolutely disgusting
Ended up leaving and not staying the night because it was so unsafe and disgusting. There was throw up outside my door when I returned to my room and a group of homeless surrounding the parking lot-presumably from the encampment across the street. The room smelled heavily of smoke and the neighbors next door were blasting music. The tv and air conditioner didn’t work, the floors were filthy and everything stunk horribly. The needle on the staircase was the final straw. Do not stay here.

There Are Better Options
Old and very outdated. There were lots of dents in the front door. We did not feel safe at this location. Surrounded by homeless encampments and you heard traffic from the freeway all night. At least we had hot water, room was clean and the heater worked.

Zero stars not an option
The pictures were deceiving and I only booked this because it was closer to my event venue. I wish I would have stayed with my original hotel. The front desk staff was friendly but only needed to see them for check in and check out. Other than that…stay at your own risk. I’ve never stayed somewhere so run down and dirty. The location was full of homeless and cop activity. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. I later found a burn hole in the blanket. The bathroom fan was duct taped to the ceiling. 5 minutes after getting out of the shower the bottoms of my feet were black. Noisy outside the door all night with lots of activity.
