Definitely a nice place to stay :-) The beds were comfortable! The rooms were big. Lots of empty space. What I didn't like is that you can't get on your own Wi-Fi TV like Netflix Etc so not much Variety in the TV selection. But if you're not into TV it won't matter :-)

The room is very large and we have a good time during the stay. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location is great with a Taco Bell across the road which is super convenient if you need to quick breakfast and head to Lassen National Park. I don't know if it's due to the weather(hot), but the room is a little bit smelly when we open the door on the first day. But it's gone after we open the window and let fresh air in. And it no longer worried us. Overall, we're happy with the stay.

Very nice location!
It's the second time we stay on this hotel. The location is very convenient. It's close to downtown Redding with many food options around. The first time we stayed, the room was nicer, but this one was still good. It's simple, clean and convenient. The outdoor space is nice, specially at night when there is not much traffic on the street, so it becomes quieter.

My partner and I loved this beautiful motel. The renovation and hard work put into this really show. The receptionists are friendly and extremely respectful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. We stayed for one night during our trip to Burney Falls and Lassen Volcanic Park. The receptionist was very friendly, and the hotel was well-maintained. Free parking was a nice bonus, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a place where you get your money’s worth. The rooms are simple, not luxurious, but completely adequate. Bed is comfortable. Shower is large and works very well. Good fridge and microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would be glad to stay here again. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance.
