Nice property. Newly updated and modern, rooms clean and fresh, not the regular old hotel room. Bed comfortable. Mini fridge and freezer, tv and wifi. A/c was noisy, parking was close, and no breakfast, but the service was good, offered cold bottles of water in the lobby, staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here if we come thru here again.

The room has very poor soundproofing, and the noise from the air conditioner is also quite loud.I booked a room with a king-size bed, but the bedsheet is clearly not meant for a king-size bed, as it easily shifts out of place.

I stopped by here on a road trip for a night and it was a comfortable place to stay. They texted me earlier in the day asking when I'd be coming by and I love that they offer free water because such few hotels do anymore. They also have a book with local food recommendations in the room. I'm a clean freak and the room was very clean and seemed renovated and new. You can hear your neighbors/people outside but I just turned the fan on on the a/c and it drowned them out. The parking lot is a little tight but still appreciate they have parking and it felt safe keeping my car there. Make sure to request ground floor if you have mobility issues. I'd stay here again the next time I had to pass through Redding.

Big rooms, kitschy decorations. Nice outdoor seating areas. Walkable to restaurants but they close on the early side. Neighbor on edge of sketchy but didn’t feel unsafe. No breakfast but that’s ok. Sheets are a bit over-bleached and rough but mattress is comfortable.

Great value, great service.
Everything was fine. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice fridge and a small microwave in the room. I didn't like the polished concrete floor. It is a great choice for a wheechair. It would have been better if it was dressed up a little with stain or epoxy. Terrazzo would also have been a great choice.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and gracious at every turn. The rooms are big and clean. Beds are really comfortable. Downtown Redding is within walking distance and there are lots of cute shops and eateries to explore there. It was definitely worth the extra few minutes off the highway to stay here. I almost don’t want to tell others how great it is because I don’t want it booked up the next time I come through.
