- Your safety matters. This property features exterior surveillance cameras, around the perimeter, facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces. The one facing the back side will be turned off when the property is in use
Palm Springs Requirements:
- In-person Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age
- Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government-issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of the I.D. is kept on file while the guest is at the property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law
- All guests are required to print and sign names to the City of Palm Springs confirmation that the Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement)
- No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight, and 2 additional guests are allowed during daytime hours
- No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed to be parked at the house overnight, with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (3 cars max)
⁃ No more than 3 cars are allowed in the driveway or on the street. If so, the city will find out, and the extra cars will be towed
- Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view
- Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance
- Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily
