I was sent here on a business trip. Upon arrival i seen nothing but drug addicts nodding in and out right upfront where you head to the check in. It made me feel unsafe and the surrounding area was the same this is clearly the run down end of town where all the homeless and drug addicts congregate. I just got in from a long flight and a long car ride so i still checked in. I got a filthy room stained sheets, nasty substance and pubic hair . No matress protector and what looked to be dried blood. The room smelled of urine ,smoke and just a foul smell . Went upfront asked for a new room and it was just as disgusting minus except it didnt have filthy bed sheets , stained matress and no matress pad. The sheets were stained with something though . I now had a room right where the junkies were congregating. I was exhausted so i just sucked it up and laid my head down but never actually fell asleep due to feeling unsafe.I left the very next morning and booked a new place. My next day was dreadful due to lack of sleep and of course i was working .

My daughter said kiss it and for more I told him I'm sorry for the mess they were able to help but cleaning and everything I appreciate that the only thing is I was upstairs and 319 it was hard with me in my autistic daughter to get everything down that we needed other than that what fantastic the service is great very helpful they did give me a basket where I can get my stuff

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property has some questionable patrons and a number of homeless are in the area- although they seem very harmless, I didn't feel comfortable walking places in the night (took Uber instead) especially since I was staying there solo. Day was completely fine though. The walk to the downtown-old town core was only 1km away which was great. Hallway-terraces are dirty and look like homeless squat/shelter in the larger terrace areas overnight then disappear by day but leave their garbage behind. Things to consider bringing with you that were not included in the room were: blow dryer, shampoo conditioner, coffee maker. There was a microwave and bar fridge w nice breakfast nook to sit at. Overall the price you can't beat for an area that's an easy walk to downtown and/or short Ubers to fun evening spots (try the PS Air speakeasy across the street in the strip mall, and if Tom is working he has A LOT of great suggestions on where to try next!)

Room door didn't close completely and there were lots of flies inside the room. The first time we had to bring in a fly swatter. Swimming pool was completely non-functioning and filthy. Parking was good and close by.

I've stayed here before for quick business trips, but this was the first time I did not feel safe. There were several dodgy looking guys wandering around the hotel. In the morning I left my curtain open a crack and one kept going backward and forward outside my room. Plus this area is sadly full of homeless. Not staying in this location again.

The dirty walk ways were the first thing we noticed. Then the door to laundry and vending machines was not only broken but just a hole where the lock should have been. We were concerned for our safety and foamy belongings we had in the room while we walked to dinner. Our bed cover had a small cigarette burn but the staff assured me the bed had been washed and was clean. Some of the clientele walking around at the hotel were downright scary; Lots of tattoos, pants worn around their bottoms and not their waist. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate my request for extra towels an extra pillow, however they said they didn’t have extra pillows. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I did not like that the room smelled like smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The shower was not clean. The bathroom area was not clean, having remnants from the last tenant. Towels had stains and blankets had cigarette burns.
