Plus, the kitchen opens to the dining area and family room and comes fully equipped with black stainless steel appliances, a large island with a gas range, and abundant counter prep space for cooking and conversation. This home enjoys two main bedrooms, each with king-size beds, and three more bedrooms with queen beds. On the way home, head into downtown and grab a bite to eat at a local eatery, as there are unlimited choices that will not disappoint!
THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
