-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Perfect Palm Springs getaway
This property was perfect, in a great location and amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains. Loved that the 4 bedrooms all had normal beds ( no kids room ) so worked out perfect for 4 couples.

On the surface some may think it was a good rental but our experience from the beginning was not a good one. The code for the lock box had not been changed so we had to wait for someone to come to change it. We paid to have the pool heated (heated pool was the reason for us renting this property) and the pool was 66 degrees. I’m not sure if no one had ever come to turn on the heater or the fact it was broken was the reason why we did not get this important feature. When I sat outside the first morning we quickly realized none of the furniture on the patio was cleaned and it seemed no one had been there for a while and property management company did not bother to see if the house was clean. The first night we chased a cockroach down the hall. We were able to kill it. The bathroom toilet had not been cleaned in some time. Possibly the home was cleaned after the last visitor but clearly no one check the house before we arrived to make sure it was cleaned. Vasca, the property management company did always take our calls although we’re not able to fix the pool and told me every house in the desert has cockroaches. My best advice would be to never rent this property. Our group definitely feels we paid too much for this rental.

This house was very comfortable and it felt clean and was perfect for what we were looking for. The first morning we were there we discovered the hot water was somehow turned off. We were able to get it back on in a short period of time, but it made us wonder if linens and dishes had been cleaned with hot water, something important during covid. When we arrived at 4:00 the afternoon before, the house cleaner was just finishing up, so we felt she should have noticed there was no hot water. That was the only criticism. We would stay there again, and everyone we dealt with was very professional and nice.

Beautiful home! Next to downtown.
We stayed here for my birthday weekend with friends and family. Such a beautiful place. The pictures did not do justice. Downtown is less than 10 minutes, easy access to local stores. Only issue is that in the middle of the night we heard an animal inside the wall scratching and trying to get out, we could not sleep that night.

Great property for a relaxing vacation.
The house had everything we needed. The rooms were all great sized, each one had a TV, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked although it did lack spices and oil for cooking, but there is a Ralph's nearby. The pool is spacious and the backyard has plenty of shade for those who want to stay out of the sun. We would definitely stay here again.

Good stay
The home was nice. Spacious and really clean. The pool was a good size but could have used some cleaning. The silverware that was provided was old and rusty but we brought our own so we didn't have to use them. But overall it was a good stay.
