This 2-unit complex in Newport Beach is ideally located on the sand with no boardwalk in front of it. There are 2 units in this compound - one on the lower level and one on a rear upper level. SLP13354 and STP13355 10% TOT 3 Night Minimum
The front unit has a beachside patio, a gas barbecue, patio furniture, and a sweeping view of the shimmering Pacific Ocean. A great place to rest and relax after your day’s adventures. The 2nd floor unit over the garage also has these outside amenities.
Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a shower/tub combination. The master bedroom in each has a queen bed. In the 2nd bedrooms of each home there are 3 twin beds in the front unit and 2 twin beds in the back unit - so a total of 9 people can sleep comfortably in beds in this complex. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens for your comfort at all times.
Each unit has 900 sq. ft., which also includes a great room with a wall-mounted TV and comfortable seating, an inside dining area for 4-6, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can satisfy your culinary desires.
Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, a washer and dryer in the garage, automated keypad door locks. and a plentiful supply of paper and cleaning products.
There is one car garage parking for each unit. The garage is from the 1960s, so it's neither tiny nor huge. Please ask our Reservations Team for dimensions if needed.
This is a perfect option for 2 families vacationing together or a large family gathering.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!
It is located just a few steps from Newport Beach and a 14-minue walk from Newport Beach Pier. This home is also near Balboa Pier and the Balboa Island Ferry.
Newport Beach area has a wonderful array of activities from sedentary to active and from land to sea based.
You are only a short drive to Disneyland and the many other world-class attractions of the greater LA area.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside this property - NO EXCEPTIONS!
No pets - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This combination of homes sleeps 9 in beds. If rented separately 1 home sleeps 5 and the other sleeps 4 in beds.
During the peak season there is a 7night minimum stay. There is also a minimum age of 25 for the rental contract.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
