PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Nestled in the trees, this luxurious multi-level 3BR/3.5BA overlooking the valley is just minutes to wineries and the Napa River. Just a few blocks above downtown Napa and Oxbow, this rental offers a prime location for world-class dining, shopping, and wine tasting.
Make use of the gourmet kitchen and dine al fresco on one of two decks with stunning vistas. Then convene in the bonus room with a card table, large flat screen TV, and ample comfy seating.
If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent home "Airy, 3-Story, 1 BR home with Large Loft and Amazing Views in Prime Location".
All the TVs in this house have HBO Max to watch any movies you want! We do not have cable but we have YoutubeTV which has over 80 major channels. It is connected to fiber optics internet system with 1GB speed all for your viewing pleasure!
LIVING AREAS
Gather in the living room on the expansive sectional sofa and screen a film on the 42” flat screen TV, or simple kick back and take in the lovely wraparound views.
The lower level offers a bonus room for fun-filled game nights. There’s plenty of seating between the card table, bean bag chairs, and a pull-out sofa. Watch favorite shows on the 40” flat screen TV allows.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel Thermador appliances, a breakfast table for eight, a marble island with seating for three, a double oven, and a wet bar with wine fridge.
When it’s time to eat, enjoy meals in the dining room with gorgeous vistas and seating for 10.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, wraparound windows, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double vanity, immense soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a bench.
The adjacent junior master bedroom boasts a king bed, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
On the first floor, the third bedroom features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a large closet, and a desk. The nearby guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the laundry room.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Spend sun-drenched afternoons on the main balcony, offering incredible Napa Valley panoramas, a barbecue grill, and plenty of seating. A second balcony between the master bedroom and the junior master suite provides lots of lounge chair seating and beautiful views.

NOTE: The city and the code enforcement officers PROHIBIT limousines and SUV luxury transport from stopping in the middle of the street to pick up guests.
It is also a safety hazard because of the limited visibility, as there's a terrace underneath & they stop in the middle of the two lane street near a blind curb and it all poses safety risk to residents, the driver and guests. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
Please be advised that PARKING along the frontage of Montecito Blvd, which is along the graveled shoulder of the road is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Please make sure to park ONLY at the designated parking space.
