Don’t eat breakfast here. Not a 4 star hotel
The bar was ok. The breakfast was horrible. Food bad, service super bad . I don’t understand how this can be a 4 star hotel. You can’t use credit card, only cash or charge to the room. Apparently it just change ownership and will not accept credit cards until next year.

The phone in our room was broken, the T.V. was not movable in order for the individual seating in the chaise lounge next to the window, could view the TV. Maybe some interior changes with location of furnitures might help with TV viewing from chaise lounge or just replace the TV mount so it would be movable. The service at breakfast lounge area was inadequate, seems like there was a lack of staff availability for proper service to be delivered in a timely manner for patrons who needed breakfast made available or prepared, in a reasonable timely manner. Front desk service could be more professional. On a positive note, the hotel facility over all was very clean, our room was neat and very clean and well organized with the contemporary design and decor. The cleaning staff and service maintenance staff were professional and helpful, but front desk staff needs quite a bit of improvement. Just being honest, since you are interested in my feedback, and I aim to assist in improving your Front Desk Staff and Breakfast Lounge service. The Hotel facility is overall wonderful and well kept and very clean, loved it. Yours truly, DMD 152
