The bathroom was infested with gnats, particularly in the shower. I told the front desk about it, they said they would send someone up, but the following day, the bathroom had more gnats than the previous day.
Some towels had orange spots. The bed's fitted sheet kept coming off. The TV was small, and the picture quality was bad, until I adjusted the coaxial cable on the back.
The manager offered a late 12pm checkout, but employees didn't get the memo, so they knocked on our door around 9:30am, and again at 11:30am. The 2nd time, they said we would be charged for another day if we don't leave.
The vending machines had no water, and the gas station across the street was closed at 8pm, so I had to spend $3 plus tax per half liter bottle of Crystal Geyser at the restaurant next door. The chips I got from the vending machine were 3 months past it's best by date.
The furniture and wood flooring were nice, the fridge was bigger than a typical hotel fridge, we had a spacious balcony, and the staff were friendly.
