I’m giving this place 5 stars, not for luxurious furnishings or a giant pool, but because it is clean, rooms have been recently remodeled and the bed with a memory foam mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The employee staffing the front desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. Parking was a little crowded but adequate. TV had Dish Network but no ability to cast from your phone or stream anything, but that actually helped us to get out of the room and see more of Monterey. 10/10 will stay here again! Overall a great value!

The stay was wonderful. The beds had been so comfy I did not want to get out of bed. The placement of the location was perfect, stores were very close for supplies we had forgotten. The front desk was very helpful, nice and friendly. I will definitely be back , and refering to fanily and friends.

I would like to take a moment to commend Mr. Mike Panchal for his exceptional skill in resolving a very challenging situation during our stay. Due to an error, our reservation had been booked for the night before our intended stay, which we only discovered upon arrival after a long drive. To make matters more complicated, there was a citywide power outage at the same time. Mr. Panchal took charge of the situation with calm professionalism, managing to reassure and assist the guests despite the difficult circumstances. He handled the anxious crowd with remarkable patience, and no one directed frustration at him or the establishment, as it was clear these issues were beyond their control. Mr. Panchal’s dedication and efforts to keep guests at ease were graceful and seamless, making it feel as though the power had never even gone out. His calm demeanor and proactive approach turned a potentially stressful experience into a manageable one. When the power was restored, he continued to ensure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Mr. Panchal is an invaluable asset to this company, and his stellar customer service skills truly deserve recognition.
