Refrigerator didn't work. Had 2 options - off or freeze everything. Bedding not changed during 2 cleanings in a week, ink stains on pillow cases Tried to tell staff, didn't want to do it in front of other customers but after check ins or breakfast they disappeared. Lots of street noise but covered up with white noise of air conditioner. Location central to our family activities was great
