Great Hotel and Staff booking wasn't good.
Hotel staff were fantastic room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately when I arrived I was told I only had a double bed which was no good. I expressly requested 2 single beds this was no good so my friend had to find other accommodation and it cost me more money. I'm not happy it wasn't hotel's fault they said they can't guarantee this but you can request. I will seriously be grateful if you can rectify this kind of problem I will not be as confident with hotel.com as before and could look at alternatives kind regards Gordon Faulkner.

The place is very plain if you are looking for just to sleep then it’s ok but nothing else (no breakfast, no iron, no hair dryer, no minim fridge, not even a lobby to sit in to do some work and meet up) plain just a bed and a bathroom that’s it I wouldn’t stay there again Yes it’s convenient as a location but not if you have a car

On a good side: Very friendly and responsive staff. Room was very clean, bed was good. Location is awesome. On a bad side: Wi-fi doesn’t exist there. Laundry is declared but not available, it was critical for us when we made the choice.

Habitación muy pequeña, sin vista, baño muy pequeño. No me gustó que hay que dejar la llave en la recepción. Eso no me da seguridad porque pienso que cualquier persona pudiera acceder a la habitación. En cuanto a conveniencia por ubicación, transportación y lugares para comer está excelente.

I’m not adverse to a smaller room but… the shower stall was barely 2’ square! Getting in and out was a squeeze. Bending over near impossible. If I had been a larger guy there would have been no way to take a shower.
