Reasonable walking distance to the Masjid. Booked the family suite and got two small rooms with a single shower room to share. The tray in the shower was broken and the rooms were small and cramped. Otherwise, I was happy with this location and hotel overall. The staff were friendly enough and room cleaning was available.

very close to Prophet's masjid. The room is very tiny old and dirty. The bathroom is terrible. Swear gutter water overflows back to the bathroom.

Don't be full yourself by the hotel picture... it doesn't tell the real condition of the room. room was dirty as well as the bathroom. water leaking in the bathroom. seems like sewerage water coming back up in the bathroom. English communication issue. But bright side ... it is very very near the to prophet masque.

I had booking with confirmed payment and was supposed to have my Family suit room ready. I was late because of delay of flight and reported 2 hours late with by kid sleeping in my lap. My room was not ready. Staff made us to wait for more than 3 hours until 12:30 AM. they were not responding the reason for not allotting u room. only after several arguments i was given room. Even i called Hotels.com. I was not knowing what was goin on. I never saw such issue in Madina since I visit there regularly. This was my 1st Such experience. So Sad of it.

Hyginically bad, stay was not comfortable.
I would not recommend to any one. Floor carpets dirty, room smells like rotton egg, Hot water was shut down due to leak in water heater. On complain they arranged a new water heater and installed next day. No supply of water bottles. Beds legs broken and shaky. On complain maintenance guys put screws and fixed it. No chair in the room to sit. New comforters were requested and given two only. When requested 3rd comforter, the house keeping guy argued and was rude. WiFi does not work in room. Worked only in the lobby. English language was a big issue to communicate.

I have been in this hotel for 3 days its not worth the money at all. The bathroom is terrible and I forgot gifts i got for my family till now im trying to call them so i can collect my stuff from lost and found but they never answer my call. Its a very bad experience for me. The good thing is that its very close from the Mosque.

the hotel mentions its a 4 start while its a 2 star. the lobby has a garbage smell coming from the basment the pillows smelled like the sweat of the previouse guest. no line at reception i waited almost 2 hours to check in my room
