Overall I had a good stay at this hotel but there were a few issues along the way. Once we arrived on the day of check in at around 16:00 the reception area was full of people and extremely busy. I had to queue up for a long time to check in. Once we were shown our room we were not happy with it due to there being a bad smell of cigarettes. I had to inform staff at reception who came up and sprayed some sort of spray which resolved the issue. Please note that this hotel is right next to masjid e nabawi but the walk for women to get to the women’s area can be long. For men it is completely fine as the men’s entrance is straight ahead once you enter the haram.

Location is really good. Walking distance to masjid nabwi area. There are a lot of shopping and dinning options nearby. Masjid bilal is walking diatance… there is a big market on either side of masjid bilal. There is a small supermarket located just underneath the hotel. Ladies praying area and the international food stalls are on the opposite side… about 15-18 mins walk. The hallways had a weird smell. The room was extreme Noisy from outside traffic noise.. not sure if windows need to be checked for sound but we couldnt sleep during daytime because of the loud traffic noise. Overall i would rate it a 8/10 experience. Two points off for the traffic noise and the distance to the women prayers area.

Warm welcome at the reception. Offered an upgrade to a family suite. Friendly staff. Excellent location for anyone visiting the Prophet's mosque, within 5 mins you will be in the mosque halls.
