Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service!
It was pleasure of staying this Hotel from start to finish, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The housekeeping team (M D Salim and his colleague) deserves special recognition. My room was perfectly cleaned everyday, with attention to detail. Everything was always perfectly arranged, and they went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciated their dedication to cleanliness and comfort. The bellman ( M. Salim and others can’t remember their names)was equally impressive. He was friendly, courteous, and always available to help with my luggage and any questions I had about the local area. His assistance with my bags, especially after a long journey, was greatly appreciated, and his genuine warmth welcome made me feel right at home. Overall, the experience was exceptional. The staff truly cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every interaction. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Madinah.

Nice hotel but be sure to know how long your going to stay because if you need to extend they will not honor the same price even if you have a emergency, plus they don’t place any dishes in their suites

We rented this Hotel for 2-nights since I was travelling with my elderly mother and my younger brother. I'm glad we made this decision. The hotel was clean, secure and staff were friendly. This hotel is conveniently located a short walking distance from Al-Nabawi mosque, stores, malls and restaurants. The "Included breakfast" option was also extraordinary. With my food selections and a variety of different options, we all left happy and fulfilled. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Wonderful hotel! The rooms are big, spacious and clean. The location is PERFECT! Quick 5 min walk to the Prophets Mosque and lots of stores around the hotel for shopping. Will stay here again!

Staff are friendly, like the breakfast service by F&B folks. Though I’m not a breakfast person but so many people like it. The only obstacle is the language barrier. I guess that’s everywhere nowadays. Overall, Greta property I will be back. Islam and Ahmed in Food and beverage are exceptional.
