Very close to the Masjid. Super convenient. You can go to the room between prayers, it only takes 3-4 minutes. Staff very polite and courteous. Hicham the restaurant manager was always present. Rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable. The only thing that could use an update is the bathroom.

Hotel room extremely below standard for this level of 4 star, corridor dirty, bathroom flush do not work properly! Water leaks as only one shower door! Engineer did not fix the flush problem I called after check in to the “0” reception operator!! Charged $321 without breakfast for 2 where hotels.com showing the same day rate $296 with breakfast showed- reaping off USA clients internationally. Please refund me 100% with in 3 days to avoid further actions.

Totally not worth the money. The rooms are old, stinks when you walk in. A/C runs 24 hours making a loud noise without cooling the room. No room service the first day, the second day we had call for them to show up.the beds are not comfortable at all. The sheets/ pillows are old and rippedThe coffee machine at the restaurant was broken while we stayed there and they didn’t bother to fix it. The breakfast isn’t worth it either. No quality of food. Too many inconvenient things too list. To be honest I wouldn’t stay here it’s overrated. I would stay a block behind this hotel and pay a fraction of the cost than stay here. This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 star and if you want 5 star go next door( the intercontinental) that’s a real 5 star hotel.

How is this 5 star hotel, toilet wasnt clean, shower was broken and coming out of the wall, room was sub par, they did not have the room I ordered. For the amount of money it was not worth it. There are better cheaper hotels. Will never stay here again. Its more the a 3 star hotel.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Anwar Al Movenpick Madina. From the moment I checked in, it was a series of frustrations. I was given the wrong room, and despite being in a non-smoking hotel, the entire place reeked of smoke. The smell was unbearable, and my baby, who has asthma, suffered greatly because of it. When I approached management about the issue, they were unhelpful and had a hard-to-get attitude. No resolution was offered, and the situation was brushed off. We were eventually moved to two different rooms, but the smoke smell never went away. On top of that, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable—no cushion at all, just a hard surface that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The housekeeper even told us not to mention the smoking issue to the front desk when he saw how disappointed we were. It felt like no one cared about our concerns. Overall, this hotel completely failed in both service and comfort, and I would not recommend it to anyone

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED It felt like no one cared about our concerns. Overall, this hotel completely failed in both service and comfort, and I would not recommend it to anyone
