The absence of adequate customer service coupled with significant communication hurdles was disappointing. The rooms were unacceptably dirty and fell short of basic hotel standards in various aspects. While my stay was only due to last-minute circumstances, I won't opt for this accommodation in the future.

Lack of customer service and massive communication barrier. Rooms are very dirty and below average in all aspects for a hotel expectations. The only reason for stay was last minute but next time it’s not something that I will choose to stay at.
