Saja Al Madina is an excellent choice for anyone that needs a mid range hotel within walking distance of Masjid An Nabawi. The hotel is a mere 3 minute walk from Gate 328 of the Haraam. Management should however look to improve their breakfast options.

Loved this hotel, front reception was very helpful and masjid al nabawi was just 3-4 mins walk. Theres lot of shopping stores and restaurants around. Only thing that needs to be improved is the room service. They dont provide enough towels, soaps and lotions. I stayed 4 nights and in between no soap and lotion was provided and i had to request for the towels as well. But overall it was amazing i will definitely stay here again

Very clean. No towels though: when I asked reception for some, they said that all their towels were in the laundry, but they would see what they could do. They soon delivered two bath-towels + one hand-towel, although there were four of us in the quadruple room. I asked again for towels the next day, but these never arrived.

A few minutes walking distance away from the haram this is an ideal hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds and surronded by shops, pharmacies and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Saja Al Madinah is a convenient hotel near the haram, particularly for women - as their ladies entrance is nearest. The staff are also attentive. However the condition of the property is lacking and cleanliness standards are not at 4* level. I hope the hotel will continue to improve on these standards to maintain a loyal base of clientele.

Overall I would not book this hotel again. The hotel rooms are very small, with lift issues. The service is very slow. To put into perspective one day we had to call four times to get some new towels (took around 6 hours). We had a broken flush in one room, rubbish under bed from previous guest, fridge did not work in both rooms booked. The breakfast has very limited options. The only good thing about this hotel is its location and close proximity to the mosque.

Its a very old hotel from the 1980s probably. The hotel is situated very close to the Haram especially from the ladies gate. what I liked: - its very clean - bed is quite comfy - distance to Prophets mosque what I disliked - breakfast buffet is average - the furnishings and features of the hotel are quite old - checkin took a long time and the hotel was very busy I think the hotel rate should be abit cheaper given these above points
