The location and views of this property is honestly the only thing it has going for them. And the fact that it's literally the only all inclusive option kind of forces you to stay there. But now that I've ventured out and traveled here more i know better. Nothing works properly, water, electricity etc. The service sucks and the food is mediocre. The pool was out of service 5 of the 7 days we were there and the only other pool available was so small and crowded we never made it in. We spent most of our days off of the resort to have a good time because the resort offers no good entertainment or options. The beach is fillled with constant harassment of massage offerings and buying old beach bags, etc. No relaxation. The only other good thing about this resort is the spa. St Martin is a beautiful and amazing place , do yourself a favor and do more research on where you want to stay.

This was the worst all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There is no room service. There is no pool waiter service. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. There is garbage left all over the property for days around the pools and restaurants. The room felt like a prison cell and the A/C didn’t work. When I asked the front desk to help with the air, they had no answers for me and wouldn’t help. There were very limited dining options and the food was disgusting. I felt VERY unsafe at this hotel! At checkout, they used the scissor to cut off my friend’s band and cut right through her skin. . and didn’t even care! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great area with plenty to do around. The beach is incredible with crystal clear water. That being said the resort could use a lot of updates and we saw a roach in the room. They have to update the premises but staff were attentive and helpful. Overall the best thing about this resort is location and luckily for them there are no other all inclusives on the island

The pool was out of commission at the time. There was a smaller pool, but not much entertainment at that pool. I’m used to the pool having a DJ. I believe if they work on the entertainment it could be a really great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the place is very clean and the food is great.

The main pool was closed due to a leak. There was no compensation. The pool next door was offered but you were treated poorly and barely any chairs available. Along with just a few umbrellas for hundreds of people. The room temp couldn’t be lowered to 74 degrees. The wait staff had an I don’t care attitude though a few were excellent. We enjoyed the island off the resort and we would probably not return.

Calm resort. Only bad part couldn’t get enjoy the pool by our side was under repair but they let us use the infinity pool on ocean resort. All the Servers was very nice to us especially darlingson and Jane at the ocean terrace they took care of us in morning for breakfast. Also the view from the ocean terrace so beautiful eat and watch airplane land. This was our highlight every morning.

Pool was being repair so only one adult pool was available. Staff not very friendly from the front desk to the dinning buffet. Rooms are really nice. Room includes 4 bottles of alcohol and mini fridge that is shocked. Beautiful island

Location was adjacent to Maho Beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our kids really enjoyed the stay. Only downside was the main pool was under repair, but we made the best of it and saw other parts of the island.
