The positives: the staff make all the difference, employees here are super nice people.they go out of their way to accommodate. Big shout out to Sandra at the buffet, Audreka, Donovan & Gino for entertainment. These 3 are outstanding and all around great kids! Breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet good options. Grill by the pool have good eats. Martinos restaurant was good, Japanese not so much. Buffet and dining areas are kept very clean. Cons: Pool not heated, frigid like Antartica. Guest rooms are clean but in need of major update, bathrooms need to be torn down, just awful. Overall I enjoyed my stay but this resort can be so much more if they renovated it. I would not recommend or return unless updated. Louie & Kill Bill crew.

It is very outdated, needs alot of updates. I feel this is a good place for young spring breakers on a budget. If you don't book a patio room, don't expect to sit on your balcony, it's about 8" of concrete, no room to sit or even stand out there. (We had a patio garden view room with table, chairs, and hammock) The food was mediocre at most. Drinks were decent, only Sands and Sands light for beer. Rail/cheap liquor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, we had a 50 inch TV in our room but a saw a room that had maybe a 20 inch. No fridge in the room was a deal breaker, and no ice machines, no room service. We were told ONLY ocean view patio rooms have a mini fridge but we're unable to confirm this. The pools looked nice but the water was NOT heated and the hot tub/pool was closed the entire time. The employees: from the bartenders, the cleaning staff, the kitchen and restaurant staff, to security were all extremely nice and very helpful! Good conversations, knowledgeable and entertaining. Now for the worst part, woke up with what looked like bed bug bites, I don't want to say thats what it was but I've never had "bites" like this before anywhere else we've ever stayed whether it's a hotel or resort with or without sand/beach. Only was on the beach for 5 min the entire time due to the weather. There was hardly ANY water pressure in our shower unless you ran cold water only. Just not impressed.

This is my third time here and this last time was so disappointing. Everything was limited and in need of repair. It is clear no money or effort has been put into keeping this place together. It saddens me to say but I don’t recommend this place anymore and will not be returning.

Pool area too loud music,bar staff very loud. Tipping is included we don’t carry money to pool or beach. I was ignored one day waiting for a drink the male bartender looking directly at me and wasn’t busy. When finally served he said “ that’s 2 dollars and all three bartenders began laughing hysterically! They should all be fired!! I reserve tips to those who go beyond not just do their job! Will not go back only because of their attitude!
