During my stay, I found the property to be under construction, resulting in a messy pool area that was not conducive to relaxation. Additionally, I encountered challenges with the staff, who did not exhibit the level of friendliness and professionalism I expected. There were instances where I felt ignored, particularly when greeting the staff with a simple "good morning". It seemed their responses were forced, if they responded at all. Regrettably, the property did not meet my expectations, and as a result, I would explore alternative accommodations when visiting the Bahamas in the future.

Just returned and it was a wonderful trip! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We found we were never waiting for anything. No lines, and while seated for meals, coffee, water and all other drinks were flowing. Buffets 3x a day, and offered something for everyone. So many choices, plus the grill on the beach and restaurants, we were always full! Drinks were simple and delicious. Beachfront and so beautiful! Smaller resort, easy to get around. Will definitely return.

I loved this property. ❤️ Here is the scoop as I got nervous after a few reviews. If you are used to a Bah Mar or a Hard Rock- then yes- the property is not as bougie as those with no Cartier, but the facilities were amazing and you can walk to a bougie place with a casino in 4 minutes. You can also buy a day pass next door if you love their water park. You are in a lower hotel directly on the water- not having to walk 12 min from a sky rise to the water. The staff was happy and fun. You can eat more casual food by the pool or eat nicer food inside. I ate food from salmon to roast beef to a hot dog and fries by the pool one day. The drinks were awesome and the sun was just as hot saving a lot of money at this fabulous all inclusive. I am definitely going back and happy I booked this last minute vacation!!

Bahamas are beautiful! This property was dated and under construction while we were there. The hot tub wasn’t open and we we’re devastated because the ocean water and pool water were very cold for us.

Met amazing people including all the staff. Well maintained and cleanliness everywhere. Definitely would go back. Entertainment could take it up a notch, would love to hear some authentic music around the resort.

Excellent staff. If you need something, they will provide it right away. Hotel is getting old and dated unfortunately, but we still love this hotel. Food is excellent. Beach is beautiful. Darvin at the pool goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. He’s worked there for decades and obviously loves his job.

The fact that there was no complimentary water bottle in an all inclusive resort was absurd & not good. Also very loud music was is heard from the kareokee place while we tried to sleep. Also some areas in the hotel need upgrades. And our rooms wall lets you hear the neighbors next door. We heard their music and tv for most of the time. Asian restaurant not having soft drinks only alcohol was offensive and not right especially when theirs couples like myself and and husband that do not drink alcohol. Also the French cuisine was served cold. Every other cuisine was delicious. A good coffee shop should be available.
