One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. Room had roaches. Iron and hair dryer not working. Was not happy at all with the stay. Sucks I payed $200 for a room that wasn’t worth it.

I stayed for 2 nights here, it was at most a decent motel. The only reason for choosing this hotel was for the distance to get to sofi stadium for a Rams game. First night went well, but the next morning we headed out early around 9am and called the front desk to send housekeeping for new bedding and more towels. When we arrived back around 5pm that same day, everything was the same and nothing cleaned up or re-stocked. I call down to the front desk and ask for housekeeping again, due to not having towels or clean bedding. The woman at the desk says they will see if housekeeping is still there and not gone for the day yet and to give it about 15 minutes to hear back. Waited about 30-35 minutes and still no response, so I call back down to the desk and it’s a man now on the line. I asked him the same request and notify that this was the 3rd time calling for this issue. He says he doesn’t know anything about this but he will try to get it resolved in a few minutes. We wait about 5 minutes when there’s a knock at the door, it is housekeeping, a woman with 1 folded bed sheet and she hands it to me and leaves, not saying a word. I was very disappointed with this service and this will be the last time I will be staying here. Highly Recommend for others to stay away from this establishment!! Unacceptable Service.

The property needs an face-lift. Hallways were dirty and nd needed vacuuming. Ice machines didn't work or weren't even in place. The only one tha was working was on the first floor. Stains on bathroom floor. Will never stay here again
