We reserved a king bed and received 2 queens instead. Although the room got cleaned we did not get new coffee cups so no coffee when we got up for our early morning flight. For parking I thought we were supposed to be able to get in and out with our room key but we were charged for parking each time we left and reentered. Everything else was great.

When we arrived we were twice given keys that didn't work. Finally staff came up to discover a dirty room. We were moved to a room without a king bed. The bottle of water was $8.00, High speed Internet was $14 a day, Valet parking over $30.00 dollars. We came back from a night out and wanted a nightcap on a Saturday night and the bar closed at 10:00pm. It was great if you want a room that is over $300 a night with a motel experience.

No large truck. Not a semi
I wasn’t even able to check into the hotel because the valet wouldn’t let me leave my truck In front to walk in. After I found a spot they told me I couldn’t park there even though there was ample space, I wasn’t impeding the flow of other cars. I was told to stay at a motel 6 by the “on duty manager” or I could park down the street at a truck stop. Will not be staying here again

Love the layout and the service. Props to the gentleman at valet who work their butts off to make sure we all have our vehicles on time. Running back and forth and with the best attitudes. It was our first time here and we loved it. We travel 5 times a month minimum and found our new LA spot. Only complaint…. The bathroom door!! It opens out to the left and it blocks the front door. Also if one of your party is coming in as you are in the bathroom and door opens it hits the door. Other than that, it was amazing.

Very pleasant, convenient and comfortable hotel. On site dining after a late evening arrival was a plus, although service at that hour was, understandably, a tad slow. Would definitely stay here again.

Life savers
We ended up booking this stay because our original stay had one too many issues so we had to leave a few hours after we originally got there. Once we arrived at the Marriott, however, it was like a night and day difference. It was the first time I was staying at a nice hotel like this one and I think it ruined my ability to stay at more budget friendly hotels. Regardless, the hospitality here was amazing and I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend this place to anyone!
