It’s a nice place but my room had long strands of hair from the previous renter all over the place especially the bathroom. Also there are many homeless people on the streets nearby the hotel and news of recent attacks in the area. I didn’t realize that or I would’ve chosen a different area. Of course I knew the hotel was on a major street but I expected it’s better soundproofed. Even on the 8th floor I could hear every vehicle drive by at night. It’s a decent hotel but I’m not sure that the price matches what you currently get.

This was my second time to KTown and first time at the LINE. I loved that it was a short walk to some really great food (Egg Tuck across the street, BCD Tofu down the street, and Brothers BBQ around the corner). The public areas (OpenAire restaurant, bar/lounge, Alfred's Coffee) were really top-notch. My room was pretty large with all the amenities I needed for my stay and was a great home base for my various jaunts about the area. One other highlight of my stay was the valet parking service. While it might seem strange to call this out, I really enjoyed talking and interacting with John and the crew - it made any wait for my car seem too short. They make for great ambassadors for the LINE as they're the first and last people you'll interact with at the hotel and they are super courteous, friendly, and professional. Consider it icing on the cake.

I recommend solo or otherwise
I enjoyed my stay. The rooms have a unique design, and the staff is wonderful. The pool, cocktails, and dining are nice as well. Nearby Korean food is within walking distance. I went to a concert nearby and could walk to and from easily. I completed my time there with a day at the WI Spa (my only wish is I had booked another room instead of driving back to San Diego after).

The staff was really friendly and they were able to check us in early for an additional fee. The service was great. I forgot items in my room and they were quick to mail it out to me. They immediately came up to fix the window covering that wasn’t working. The parking was easy and convenient. It’s a hip hotel and ideal for young adults. Not ideal for little ones. The rooms are a little tight, bathroom door didn’t stay shut and shower kept dripping after shutting the water off. The restaurant on the roof is open and airy I loved it. The service was great there too.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! First time staying at The LINE and I am obsessed! I traveled solo for a concert and wanted a nice comfy yet stylish room near the venue and came across this property because my favorite influencer from the UK recommended it. Decided to try it and now I am obsessed. It instantly became my favorite in LA. I got the king bed room. Room is a normal to small size but perfect. Loved having the city view. Staff was extremely kind and helpful and were always happy to assist me. Only thing was the parking. There is no overnight parking in the area so therefore, you must use the valet parking option at the hotel, which was almost $60 for a night. Besides that, it was so worth it and I would for sure stay here again. Oh, and the area is nice! Pool and restaurant area are beautiful.

The hotel was very dirty. The bathrooms at the lobby were dirty, toilet paper everywhere, really disgusting. The pool chairs were very uncomfortable. There was no room for people to lay down. The pool was very dirty with lots of hair, it was a really bad experience overall.
