Staff was great. Facilities were not as great. Door key cards didn’t work the entire weekend. There were moments when I waited 40 minutes for someone to come let me into my room because key cards didn’t work. The first 3 days of my stay, I had NO hot water. I let it run for almost 25/30 minutes most days and no hot water. Not a great experience.

Comfortable hotel.
Check in was fine nice prlkffessional Greeting, room nice large and clean, Bathroom extremely small. Floor of room was on a strange angle, where drawers slide open and doors swing open all the time. Main issue on a Tuesday night when I believe the Hotel was quiet not many guests. We arrived after dinner to f e the room right next door was having an out readouts party, very loud music, screaming, banging, smoking marjuanna, I will give security staff a huge thank you cause it took them 2 hours to get them kicked out 24 people were in that room partying. Staff were great in dealing with this but it did not get quiet till 2am. We appreciate security and the staff

Room card readers took between 2-20 swipes to get the room door to unlock w/ all guests having the same issue. 2 of 3 elevators were not functional in the 10-story tower. Staff was supportive & courteous despite the facility issues.
