We stayed here on one of our days as we ventured down the southern coast. We travel often and usually scope out affordable hotels because we don’t tend to spend much of our time there. We only intend on sleeping there. We do understand “you get what you pay for” however, there are a few minimal things I think people should know. There is a deposit required at the time of stay. The sinks in the rooms were broken/ nonfunctional. We discovered this when we showed up to check-in and saw a large laminate sign. This tells me that the sinks have been nonfunctional for a while. I wish the office person would have disclosed this when I called to Inquire about a room. Lastly, the beds are not comfortable and they are very loud when you move/ readjust.

It's a good option if you must stay in an affordable place for a night or two, you pay for what you get. BTW, Please read the place's explanation about the amenities in full, I did not so I was a bit surprised about the hostel hotel. (it was my first time tho) Overall it was clean well managed and check-in and check-out were pretty easy. nice staff too.

I booked for a place to get ready and rest my head for and after our company holiday party. The hotel close to our venue, just blocks away eateries and Rite-Aid for last minutes things I forgot. My only concern was that I could not turn on the ceiling fan and the lighting was very dim when I was putting my make up on. Other than that, I was very pleased.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The place in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is safe to walk around. There are so many things that are in walking distance. I really enjoyed staying there and enjoying will be back!

Stayed 6 days and the sinks in the rooms were broken 4 of the days. This left 1 sink in the common bathroom on the floor for many people. Virtually zero communication provided. The building is old (and very charming) so inherently louder, but several nights people talked loud in the hall for long periods of time and smoked weed out on some stairs with the door to the hall open. A sign or two in the hall asking people to be quiet would probably help a bit. Overall, I thought the employees were nice, the facility was charming and cute but some serious issues made it seem like a flophouse instead of a budget hotel the week I was there. I do think I was there on a very bad week and most weeks would have been much better, but I think it was a poor value during my stays for the ressons given.

For a budget hotel, you get friendly checkin, safe environment, and cleanliness. Just remember most rooms have shared bathrooms so bring your slippers.

It was as advertised. It's not the "Century Plaza Hotel", but if that price who would expect it to be! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the remote control television was clear with many channels to choose from, and the manager was friendly and helpful. There are clean, shared bathrooms. The one night that I stayed there I used the bathroom three times, not once did anybody else appear while I was in there.

The rooms are small but very clean. Nice clean white bedding and walls. Very simple. The bathrooms are shared but the shower is huge and modern. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is pretty central.
