I would say that I was very disappointed in my stay here. When I was young, this hotel was the standard for superior service. oh my, how times have changed. First off they did not have room service like advertised. Secondly, the room was very quiet and comfortable. But the bathroom needed a lot of work. The shower head is desperately needs to be replaced. The sink was cracked needed to be replaced. The complimentary toiletries was very limited, I would probably stay there again but there are other places downtown

We stayed in the Executive room with two double beds for 5 nights. It is an excellent hotel for those looking to stay in downtown L.A. Parking was $50 per night. The room size was appropriate and the staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
