The hotel is opposite Pershing Square, which is full of homeless people, it was heartbreaking to see. We felt a little unsafe as we were taking a metro around LA and lot of homeless people were around the metro station. Same goes to the streets around the hotel. It's a shame as the hotel is absolutely beautiful.
