Everything was great only didn’t get info about parking in advance when the hotel was paid for found out 2 days in advance that there is no onsite parking but they did offer parking a block away and we were going to an event and didn’t use the car for the stay anyways so worked out. Whoever was working when we arrived was also very kind!

Wonderful stay, everything was as planned and the rooms are very spacious! Feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Very thankful to the customer service and early check-in as possible on a busy festival weekend.

Great hotel!!!
This was the best place I’ve stayed when traveling to Long Beach. The price point for the convenience, size of the suite and amenities was amazing. Tracy was such a pleasure to work with - this hotel is definitely a hidden gem and I will be booking again every time I come to Long Beach.

Close to pier, the room we had the heating/cooling unit was broken so they had a space heater and a portable air conditioner boarded and taped to the window. A lot of noise at night from bars and things around but for a one night stay it was cool.

Hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. Street parking was free from 6pm-9am, and there was always an available space right near the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, and I like that the TV was powered by Roku so I could easily stream with my own account. Lots of small businesses around to find something to eat, and there’s a Vons right across the street for groceries. It was a very pleasant stay.

Although overall this place was not a complete horrible experience, it wasn't the best either. I appreciate the "heads up" that there was no elevator, and that we were placed on the 2nd floor, but the room itself had a couple issues. First off there was a smell to the room which come to find there was leftover food left in the refrigerator that stunk up the room. There was an overhead light with a ceiling fan that was stuck at max speed & the chain was broken so we could not reduce the speed nor turn off the fan. So we had to make a choice between having light and freezing, or minimal light and not freezing. The restroom was very small that it was difficult to close the door as well, and the shower had a window that lead to who knows where, but a dark room. The room was drafty, but the bed was comfortable. The floors were faux hard wood, so we can hear the guests that were staying in the room above us, that checked into their room after 12:45am and walked around their room for another hour. Also, there was a private party that was going on at one of the establishments right below us & we could hear the loud booming of the music till just about midnight. The plus side is that the room was reasonably priced, fairly close to the Convention Center, pretty clean, and the boutique-ness of the place was nice that we were able to be close to the other families in our group. Parking can be purchased - two blocks away, but you can find street parking somewhat near by.

Checkout was at 11 but our cruise boarding wasn’t until 1. Tracy (property manager) allowed us to store our luggage while we went and had brunch. Great staff on site also!
