Terrible hotel, not worth the money you pay for what you get a hotel staff is rude. They also charge you for additional guest parking is not free and the pictures are outdated the rooms do not look like the pictures that’s described.

There was one problem. I accidentally double booked the property. I tried calling Expedia about five times sounded like I was in some foreign Asian country. Nobody spoke good English nobody could help me because they did not understand. It was absolutely ridiculous. Made me almost wanna not use Expedia anymore The top notch company use people like to answer their phones bottom line everybody needs help if you cannot speak English why are you answering phone come on think about it Expedia

The location is very convenient to get to many places in Hollywood and the price was one of the best in the area, so as a whole it was as expected and has been upgraded with a newer and clean look. However I realized the sheets on the bed had not been changed from the previous guest. I called the front desk and they provided me with two clean top sheets..but it was very disturbing to think about had I not noticed.

The clerk was the rudest person I ever had to deal, he’s so rude, so disgusting, he treated us like sh!t, we’re never coming back. There was roaches all over the hotel and the room. Disgusting

Hidden Gem
I love the location it’s walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the freeway and major streets. The rooms are nice size don’t feel like you cramped in.

AMAZING GEM OF AMAZING VALUE
It was amazing that a hotel could be THIS NICE (clean, kind) in such a location. Front desk gentleman with beard was super nice, room was SPOTLESS, parking, cutely designed - at SUCH a good price, too.
