Was dissatisfied with the room conditions. Had to switch rooms when we got there because first room things didn’t work and second room not much better the telephone didn’t even have a cord so you couldn’t call front desk. Also, the gym advertises it’s open 24 hours but it’s not

This property was basically average, The room was clean, the staff were basically friendly although uninformed of the hours that breakfast was served. I was told at check in that the breakfast service was from 0600 to 1000, but the kitchen staff closed promptly at 0900. I arrived just before 0900 but the coffee was empty, and the food was basically empty. Others arrived after me and were not pleased. I was pleasantly surprised to see one parking space reserved for Veterans, which was a first for me

The room was not the cleanest and there was an old band aid stuck to the bottom of the mattress. Housecleaning needs to do better. There was some sketchy ppl around the area. However, the front desk people were extremely nice and welcoming. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Customer service was 5 stars besides that the hotel is dated and could be cleaner.

The towels are rather old. The sheets were stained. The carpet needs a deep cleaning since it has an odor. For 170 a night i got ripped off!

As soon as I walked in the room there was a weird odor smell. Also there was a lack of food options for the breakfast. I could not find creamer for my coffee until later. Also, you shouldn’t have to show identification for a lost key.

Well Room one a dog had gone to the bathroom in. Room 2 had mold in the bathroom Room 3 no electricity than a person attacked my daughter a police where called. Staff said it didn’t happen but the security cameras showed it did.

Overall a pleasant stay for the price I paid. Breakfast was gross and the power went off for an hour but the staff was very friendly. People can make or break your experience and I was pleased with the staff.
