Good location with free parking
The hotel was a little run-down and didn't give me the cleanest feeling, but I didn't see signs that things are truly dirty. Everything in the room was a little worn out. I am not sure what detergent they used for cleaning the sheets, but the smell clung to my pajama for days. The free parking was a big plus but the space was very small. If the cars next to yours was not parked perfectly, you would have trouble getting out of your spot. The staff was nice and friendly, and I wouldn't mind staying here again. I would also consider other hotels offering free parking within the same price range.

Great little hotel and easy parking for an LA hotel. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, there's a ton of awesome spots in Korea Town within walking distance for food and shopping.

PRO: worth the buck; has some parking space; nice staff ; had the renovated room so no carpet ; basic toiletries ; comfortable bed ; no bed bug noted ; in Koreatown close to a lot of stores ; has a coffee shop and restaurant CONs: being on a busy street sounds of cars can be heard but did not bother us ; preferred to have the foam covered with bedbug deterrent/protector ( the mattress has one )

the king size bed was hard as a rock. they compensate with lots of soft pillows though which I adored. pretty warm covers too as it was getting chilly on 11/9. It’s 10 minutes from the Wiltern music hall, a plus!

Honestly it was the cheapest hotel we could find and I’m not one to complain, it wasn’t all that bad the staff was very nice. It just looked old and one thing I couldn’t stand was this smell in the room that was so bad once we turned on the ac. Also the bed was not comfortable, it’s kinda hard.

Picked this property because it had a room with 3 twin beds, ideal for our needs. Room was fairly stark, but generally clean but in need of some paint, etc. I was greeted in the bathroom by a roach. Biggest issue was the completely overwheling smell of smoke despite walking in to open windows. It was so bad i considered asking for another room. But opted not to upset my two special needs teens. Positives were the very friendly staff and underground parking.
