FILTHY , the bathroom hadnt been cleaned since the last guest before us, and the whole 4th floor was very dirty. Too bad this hotel was sold two weeks ago to someone who allowed it to fall into the unsanitary standards of a developing country. Plus, HE DOESNT THINK HE OWS THE GUESTS HOT WATER TO BATHE IN. Two completely cold showers even after wating a few minutes. Also, his cafe tried to sell me "chicken" that was not fit for human consumption. He will discover the true price of such buisness practices when his ratings plumet and people stop coming. The only positive was the friendliness of the young people working the desk.

It was great but just that no leaving of luggage at counters so if u r early, u have to wait for rooms and can’t go away to tour on arrival day. Else which, it is 👍

Stayed for 3 nights. My room seemed very clean as well as the bathroom. Which is always my main concern. Big walk-in closet although only 1 hanger which i thought was useless since i couldn't hang but 1 shirt? Nice little cafe/coffee shop in the lobby. Nice guy working there. Also nice little korean restaurant.

Rude and disrespectful people working there. They were late for check in for 30 min because cleaning was’t done until 3pm. Then check out was at 3:00 pm the next morning they said it is 11 am and they will moving our stuff. Terrible experience don’t go there.

This started out as a nightmare but turned into a dream we had some problems with our booking and both the hotels.com people and the people at this motel hotel were amazing and helping us get it all fixed we cannot thank both parties enough for all of the help that was given for us thank you guys both so very much

Regular place, nice refrigerator but no microwave. New ownership. Beds were fairly firm, but I saw new mattresses arrive as I was leaving. Television streaming slows down quite a bit around after 7 PM. Other than that, not so bad.

Everyone was very friendly and the two bed was very spacious. They have the cutest cafe right downstairs with the kindest staff. I stayed here once before last year and they changed their sheets from white to dark blue sheets and I would much prefer the white sheets but that is the only thing. Love this place!
