The property is great for quick 1 night stays. The staff is great - beds are on a metal box spring and the 3 pillows were awfully flat. When we checked in our toilet did not flush, flapper seal was broken and the ac also did not work which made for a rough night. Again, for the price point great stay for one night.

Staff is very bad . The Guy He have no experience about how to talk to a ladies. And how to talk to Gust. I ask paper napkins he open the lock and gave me 3 napkins. Me and my 2 kids. Do not want go there in life.

Paid $165 and $20 parking. Pillows are so flat, two ugly old towels, no shampoo, just in tiny hand soap. I can see mold everywhere in the bathroom. Had to walk to a public parking, because there was no on site parking

Some of the staff was not friendly, it needs a lot of maintenance like ac leaking water inside the room, the water handle was broken and they offer breakfast but they only give coffee and one kind of cereal. Not satisfied

Where do I begin, just spend a little more next door. My room smelled like pee and bed sheets were blue rather than white. How am I supposed to know if they are clean? Air conditioning was so loud at nights and beds were tiny. The only positive thing I can say is that it was close to the plaza. I felt I stayed at a motel 6 to be honest. The pictures fooled me.

Very cute boutique hotel. If you're in to frills this may not be for you but if you value comfort and convenience then it's perfect! I loved the location and friendly staff.

The fact that the window did not lock was very scary. Luckily we went to target and created a makeshift lick to feel at ease when we slept, especially being on the first floor.
