Just like every Hilton property, this location is beautiful and well thought out. The only downside is it’s in California and the homeless are just apart of the neighborhood.

The rooms are not updated and not particularly well kept. Only 2 pillows. Icemaker didn’t work on my floor, floor below or above. Staff was friendly but the hotel is fairly run down.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted well. I told them I had reservations and gave them my information. The lady asked me for my credit card in case I wanted to have breakfast at the restaurant. I had reserved the Executive Room and when I had called the Hilton 800 number they told me that if I was to choose the executive room I would have free breakfast. She still took my credit card and said that she put the free breakfast on my account. So I hope I don’t see any surprise charges on my card. The first 2 nights went well. The third night however at around 10:30 PM I heard a lot of sounds while I was trying to get some sleep. There were people trying to get in my room with their room key. I finally opened the door and asked what they were doing? The guy showed me his room key that had MY room number on it. I still had another day in this room. They left and about 30 minutes a different group came to the room and same thing happened, they were trying to get in my room. I finally went down to the front desk and spoke to staff and they just said it won’t happen again. It happened twice in a 30 minute timeframe. That is not acceptable. I did not sleep well that night because I did not feel safe in this hotel. I will not be staying here again.

Very disappointed with this hotel conditions which are way worse than the cheapest hotels around. Payed 300 for a night hopping to experience great stay at the hotel however had to change room due to bathroom issues,had to use stairs to go down to get to lobby since elevator issues overall awful hotel

I enjoyed my stay, loved the area the hotel is located in, I felt safe and was glad that there was a safe parking garage for my car, we were upgraded to the 10th floor no charge because my daughter requested a room with a view…. Great experience overall
