Registration staff was EXCELLENT. & the bellhop was very helpful. But the valet experience was HORRIBLE. Didn't open the door for me ONE TIME. Had to walk to the car everytime we left the hotel, but then stood there expecting tips. Which is the norm for me, but what would I be tipping for? It was my husband's birthday weekend; put me in a bad mood before we even checked in

After reading previous reviews I will admit I was nervous about the complaints with staff being rude. This was so far from the truth. Every single staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and very responsive to concerns Food was available around the clock and was very good AC was not working properly and they were prompt with finding a solution for the issue. Would definitely stay again if we are back out in the area. Thank you commerce staff for the wonderful stay

Good place, rooms were quiet despite the casino downstairs. Staff were friendly and kind, this included the security guards at the entrances for the casino. Didn’t like the added resort fee I had to pay at the hotel despite paying for the trip via Expedia. They should have a separate parking designated for those staying at the hotel, due to the casino you has to look for parking in the lot and at times park far in the lot and walk. Stay as good tho, would stay again.
