CitizenM was a nice, clean, stylish and well situated within downtown L.A. Various shops were within walking distance as to was Grand Central Market. Would love to come back here again in the future.

Nice and quick visit . Very clean, I love the scent of the hotel . Very cutesy and vibrant . This was my second stay here, the rooms are very small and made for one person or two people that are totally comfortable with one another, I had the king bed room both stays not sure if they offer a different style in other rooms. Would definitely stay again and again .

Eduardo helped us check in and he was amazing. Had a long day with a horrible experience flying with sun country. I ended up booking the hotel for the wrong day. Eduardo helped us get the room for the correct day, even tho Expedia wasn’t being flexible. Amazing experience and also the room and facilities were incredible. I’ll be sure to see if a citizen m is available any place I go in the future

Hotel was very nice, however streets in downtown la are dirty and smell like urine. Stepped in poop walking down the street. LA has really deteriorated it seems.

The hotel is really nice. It has a unique layout and is quite refreshing. The room was nice. The iPad to control all electronics was great. The iPad charger didn’t work on the second day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The automated check in/check out system was great. Biggest downfall is the surrounding area. It is dirty and there are so many vagrants around. Don’t recommend walking around too much, my son was a little scared at times. Not the hotels fault, everything they control was really nice. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the downtown LA area. The hotels security is great. Just be mindful the surrounding area is not very nice.
