Lovely hotel but room was stuffy, shower faulty, fridge stopped working (was fixed) & I wasn’t given the VIP food credit. Also didn’t appreciate the looks from the club members when we mistaken set foot in the wrong lounge.

Hotel is situated within beautiful surroundings and has some excellent facilities. However, the room that we had was very dates and even the sliding doors on the shower were broken, meaning that we had to hold them up to have a shower. This was awkward and they kept falling back on to my partner whilst she was showering.

The Hotel was as expected but the room Sub Premier Inn . Bed was fine television very small bathroom door did not lock shower tray very slippery and no instructions as to how the shower worked. Couldn’t plug my own hairdryer into the sockets at the dressing table all rescued by a marvellous breakfast no doubt we will come again

We stayed at The Lensbury before heading into central London. It was a beautiful, quiet resort. The grounds were like a fairytale. It is a fabulous location for visits to Richmond and bushy park. I felt very safe in the area with lots of dining and shopping places within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay again.
