It was perfect for our long weekend stay. It’s great that there is parking and it was in a super convenient location for heading into the main area of Liverpool. The lady on the desk was amazing and so friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment but service can improve
Nice and clean apartment. Excellent location. The TV is not working in our room. The team couldn’t do anything during the stay. However, the team never response the online communication, both through hotels.com or their online booking system. There are options to choose free baby pavkage but never honored. No reply on car parking request as well, you have to phone the team directly on the day.

Great space in the two bedroom apartment for our family of four and with two bathrooms! Nice to have a washing machine within the apartment, especially as we had been travelling for a week. Located in a quieter area, it was an easy, short walk into the city centre and the heart of things. Would stay again at this location.

Good to have parking with property, however quite noisy. Internet not working or connected to smart Tv. Would be good to have this checked. Peeler very rusty. Freezer needs de-icing and clean. Toaster also needs to be cleaned. Amenities good but needs maintenance and clean.
