Stayed here with my family after visiting BIMM University. The hotel is convenient to car parking which is free, but you do need to come out of the car park and walk round the back to the hotel which I did at night and it was a little bit sketchy.
The room was dated and needs a revamp, the bath and toilet old and dated.
The room was chock full of amenities, water, shampoo, body wash, bottle opener, ice bucket. The mattresses were so incredibly soft, so if you like a soft mattress you are going to be in heaven. It was a tad too soft for me and especially next to my husband, it felt like a waterbed. Lol
The breakfast was £15 each if pre-booked, there was lots of variety, the sausage and bacon were on the cheap side but I enjoyed them but my husband who quite like an expensive sausage struggled!
The corridor had quite a funky smell, can’t quite work it out smell like old people and musty.
The staff fantastic and friendly.
