I'd booked a twin room, which was a room with a double bed and a sofa bed; I'd emailed ahead of the booking to confirm that the sofa bed would be made ready before arrival. I received no response to the email, and the sofa bed wasn't made up. The bathroom had a slight smell present, I am not sure if it was damp or mould. The bathroom as in need or some minor repairs as tiles had started to come loose and grouting was missing on the floor. The sofa bed was also a bit knackered and not exceptionally comfortable. The room in general requires a bit more care and attention. Not the most loved of hotel rooms, and whilst the location was ideal as in the city centre, the hotel could do with a bit more looking after.

Our favourite hotel in Bristol
We always stay at the Future Inn when in Bristol. We must have stayed over 20 times and we are never disappointed. For the price of a room, which is very reasonable, you also get free parking which makes it excellent value. The staff have always been helpful. And the super king sized beds are a real bonus.

Ok, not terrible.
An average stay, not great not terrible. Location is only really good for going to the shopping centre across the road and the use of the adjacent carpark, otherwise it would be better to stay over the other side of the city centre. Rooms were ok, a bit tired, as was the bed linen. Under the beds looked like they haven't been hoovered in about a decade. No fridge in the room. Staff were friendly, breakfast wasn't bad too.

Another good stay.
Very clean room. No bath or fridge. Well appointed otherwise. Staff were lovely. Single bed mattresses are a bit lumpy/lopsided. Big bed was great. Overall a nice stay, we always stay here :-).
