Hotel and rooms were clean. Hotel reception was very helpful. Good selection of food. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. I came for an event at the Coventry Building Society Arena. This hotel is 8 minutes away and £50 cheaper per night on average

I stayed for the night as I was in town playing a poker tournament and the hotel was first class. Check in and check out was extremely smooth and staff member was very friendly. Excellent all round.

The noise levels were ridiculous , couldn’t really sleep due to the noise next door , hallway and the people outside my window. I went reception twice and no body was there. Will never book here again Also outside the front the entrance there were rats the size of squirrels running around. Disgusting
