Booked this hotel back in Jan 2020 prior to COVID but plans fell through due to COVID but was not allowed to cancel this hotel so went anyway. The hotel is located well near underground. However the only thing open in the hotel is the bedroom which is basically a bed and tv. The restaurant public spaces are closed despite government restrictions being lifted so had to go to travelodge next door for dinner and drinks. Now in the morning I noticed there was no kettle or coffee in room as it had been removed due to COVID. No other hotel has done this and it appears they are using COVID as an excuse to cut cost which is unacceptable! There was no hot water for a shower probably cut due to COVID too and no fan working in toilet so it was like an oven. All in all the hotel is not currently a hotel more just a bed and if they can’t provide services they advertise should allow people to cancel. I will stay at travelodge in future which is not something I thought I’d ever say but they appear to be a classier hotel.

Hotel advertised with air conditioning. Booked 5 rooms and none of them had aircon working. Some rooms received a fan but disappointed. No courtesy and consideration.

Very enjoyable Hotel stay.

Pros: Best Hotel in the area at which we have stayed. Clean, comfortable & good value for money. Good sound insulation (in view of proximity to Heathrow!)
Cons: We were a little concerned about the security-gate to the car parking area -- this was constantly left open!
Location: N/A as we were stayed there to attend a wedding party nearby.
We were pleasantly surprised how good the hotel is.

Great access to the train network

Come every year for our trip to Queen's. Find the staff friendly and engaging. The room was clean and spacious.

1 night stop over

Pros: cleanliness and room
Cons: Parking
Spent 1 night at this hotel, check in was fast and professional we arrived early but therewas a room available which wasd good. Facilities and room was very good would stay here again. Only downside was parking.
