Such lovely staff, my two little girls just wanted a bowl of cereal in the morning and they just gave them one. Instead of me having to pay £9.95. Such good customer service!! Will definitely be back. Overall just so good, clean rooms, only down side was that when we were using the swimming pool the kids are only allowed in one lane - I think it’s because they had swimming lessons in one side then kept some for adults only too and it’s not a very big pool. The kids had a lovely time either way!!

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff ,breakfast was good, good selection to choose from. Spasious and clean room. We used the pool too which our 11 year old enjoyed. Only had one cubicle to change in which i dont think is enough. I for one dont want to be getting changed in front of people. Had to get into costume in toilet as cubicle was occupied. But did use cubicle when i got out.

The hotel was fine, nothing special but nothing wrong. We used the swimming pool before checking out but the pool was not clean as there was a swimming lessons with young children and it was not so pleasant to swim while seeing all sorts of bits floating around….

We stayed here as it was convenient for a trip to Liverpool. The room was comfortable and facilities were fine. The staff were excellent and very friendly. They all tried to ensure we had a great stay.
