STUPENDO-2BR- Patio, Refresh Pond-A/C-Center-Free Park

The apartment is a duplex spread over approximately 160 square meters (115 meters in an apartment and 45 meters in Páteo), designed by an interior designer in an attempt to reconcile three concepts that we intended to achieve in this project:
- Aesthetics;
- Comfort;
- Feeling of local belonging.

It comprises entrance hall, two living rooms, two double rooms (1 en suite), two bathrooms, dining room / kitchen (Equipped for 8 people), Patio (with covered comfort area and outdoor sofas for 8 people, small small lake salt for refreshing baths in summer and for the exclusive use of the apartment filtered and sterilized by automatic procedures, with additional space not covered with two sun loungers).

All floors with air conditioning, central heating, bathrooms with towel warmers and each room with plasma / TV with internet connection.
We also defined as a matrix for this space of STUPENDO the need to have all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays.

Very nice place clean and comfortable

Very nice apartment, clean and comfy. Delayed communication, had to ask for extra bedding was not delivered till the next day, no hot tub it’s a bath tub pool is as pictured a cooling pond.

Incredible apartment

Carlos has an incredible attention to detail! From 4 TVs with access to many streaming services to beautiful decorations. The kitchen is fully functional to cook great meals and the beds are comfortable. The backyard is all set up for a great time, but unfortunately it was raining! Highly recommend this one!

Spectacular and Exceptional

This property is a gem. Every detail is perfect to make your stay comfortable. Everything is high end and well thought out located on a ground floor. Clean, comfortable, and modern. Nicely decorated with a modern kitchen, great lighting, furnishings and beds that are very comfortable. There outside space is delightful. My only suggestion is to add grab bars to make entering and exiting the tub easier. Carlos was great with communications and responsive. I frequent Lisbon for traveling to other areas of the world and this is by far my favorite Vrbo in a Lisbon!

Nice place

Really nice place however smell was very stuffy and perfume. The pool was nice but can not swim but can sit relax with feet in shallow pool. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Beautiful apartment with amazing amenities

This place looks great in the pictures and it 100% looks like the photos. It’s beautiful inside. Beds are super comfortable. Host had everything you’d need and more (awesome coffee machine with great coffee too) … host was responsive if we had questions and easy to talk to.

We really enjoyed the location of our stay with Carlos as we were able to get around to the majority of the areas we wish to explore. We found several lovely little restaurants within walking distance to the house. Would definitely stay there again.

The property lived up to our expectations, the neighbourhood was great, lots of markets and restaurants. The subway was just down the street and we felt very safe. Carlos our host was very prompt in responding to my messages. It was a great way to end our Europeon vacation.

Unfortunately, due to train delay, we were not all Le to fully enjoy our 1 night stay at this property. Every detail was considered- many amenities and comfortable. Entry is secure with double keypad entry. There is a damp smell in the downstairs portion of the property.

Lovely place

Carlos the owner was very accommodating and made sure the apartment was up to par. The Apartment had Everything we needed and we felt safe. The places he recommended to eat at were all awesome and he made sure we truly felt welcome. We really didn’t get to enjoy the outside because the weather wasn’t very warm but it was an oasis. Magnifique séjour

L'appartement correspond exactement à l'annonce, il est très bien équipé. Quartier très calme et proche de la station Metro Arrorios qui vous permet d'accéder à toute la ville. Proche aussi d'un Supermarché Auchan et autres commerces. Carlos est très reactif. Seule remarque, la 2ème chambre à côté de la cuisine est un peu humide. Mais le reste est parfait.
