This B&B is in an excellent location. Just out of the way not to be too noisy, but walkable to everything you need. The staff were brilliant - helpful and friendly. I had a problem with EasyJet cancelling my flight. They were so understanding. My room was fabulous. Lovely size - clean and tidy. Reason for 4* for property, was because of no air con. A good fan was provided though. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Inn Bairro Alto.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was quite nice, and even though we had a shared bathroom, it was always empty when we used it. The bed was comfy and there were robes for us. There was a fan in our room (but no AC), and it was enough for us. The street was pretty quiet, so we had a good night of sleep. Definitely recommend it if you are on a budget.

I had no idea when I chose this place that it was an apartment in a different location than reception. Once I opened the door I was amazed at the stylish suite, all furnishings and inclusions (kitchenette, iron & board, Tv area with Netflix. Very spacious.

Nice hotel, in a good position, helpful reception staff, and very good standard of room cleaning. Breakfast also good. You get some noise from a barking dog in the room I had. The room was very hot with no Aircon and the fan was not very effective.
